We can send items within mainland UK for a reasonable charge of £4.50. For orders over £75.00, delivery is free of charge. We endeavor to dispatch your purchase in a timely manner, and use a tracked courier service in most cases. You should receive your delivery in 2-5 working days.
If you would like your order to be shipped to a different country/area, please get in touch and we can calculate costs for this.
If you wish to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, providing the order number and reason for the return, and we will deal with your request personally. We aim to reply to emails within 48 hours.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you wish to return an item that was on sale, or bought with an offer code, please organise its return within 15 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase/receipt is required for us to process a return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. If it is approved for a refund, this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
There are some situations where partial refunds or a store credit may be granted, at our discretion, such as:
Items with obvious signs of use, but which may still be resaleable.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items or purchases made using an offer code at the check-out, must be returned within 15 days to be eligible for refund or exchange. At our discretion, we may be able to offer a store credit for you if the item is returned after this time.
If your items are defective or damaged, or if you need a different colour or size, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you if we have the stock. Please send us an email at email@example.com with your order details and the reason you need to exchange the item. You will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
As a small business, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping at this time. All delivery costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted from any refund payments. If you are returning an item of higher value, you may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service.
